Oranga Tamariki at it again in Christchurch on "Place Of Safety Warrant" Facts About "Place Of Safety Warrant" 1/ Person executing this warrant must identify themselves . 2/ the "Place Of Safety Warrant" is valid for a period of 5 days and under section 45 of the OT act must be brought before the family court before this timeframe. 3/ the name/s of the child/ren must be on the warrant as wdell as the addresses of which are to be searched under the "search and surveillance act" 4/ it is a "Place Of Safety Warrant" only , an uplift cannot be done unless the person executing the warrant believes beyond reasonable doubt at the time of executing the warrant that the child they see before them at that time is in need of care and protection at that exact time, dont be fooled into believing it is a "uplift" warrant straight out, it is NOT.
